Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some of the common questions that our clients ask. If you do not see the answer to a specific question that you have then please call our shop to speak with our manager or speak with your artist prior to your appointment. Thank you!

  • How old do you have to be to get a tattoo?

In order to get a tattoo you must be 18 YEARS OR OLDER. We do tattoo non-visible tattoos (tattoos that are not able to be seen when wearing a shirt or shorts) on individuals that are 16 years or older. A valid state issued photo ID is required of both the individual to get tattooed AND the parent. Both addresses must be the same! A birth certificate is also necessary to validate that the parent and child are truly as such. Tattoos on individuals that are 16 years+ will be at the discretion of the artist.

  • How much is your shop minimum?

Our shop minimum is $75.00. This price is due to the set up time, the artist’s time, and the use of sterile equipment.

  • What qualifies as a $75 tattoo?

A $75.00 tattoo is an extremely simple and relatively small design. For example, a small heart outline behind the ear. Pricing, however, for a tattoo is at the artist’s discretion.

  • Do you also do piercings?

We do! A list of pricing and piercing available can be found on our website, or by calling our shop during business hours. We have one artist that pierces, but please call ahead to make an appointment or to ask questions in regards to piercing options.

  • Does color cost more than black and grey?

No! Pricing for tattoos is established by the intricacy of the design as it relates to time to complete the tattoo. All of our artists have an established hourly rate. For the most recent hourly rate, please call our shop during business hours.

  • How much will a tattoo cost?

All of our artists have an established hourly rate. This cost of your tattoo will be dependent on the intricacy of your design as it relates to time. Occasion specials and flash tattoo designs are available in which case prices may vary or be previously established. For the most recent hourly rate, please call our shop during business hours.

  • How do I book an appointment?

The best way to book an appointment is to start by filling out the form here. After we have received this information you will be contacted to setup a consultation with an artist. You can also set up a consultation with an artist over the phone or by stopping in our shop during business hours, but we highly recommend filling out the form to save yourself and the artists some time.

  • What is a consultation?

A consultation is a free appointment with the artist. Consultation appointments are only necessary for designs that extend into the hourly rate pricing of tattoos. In a consultation, the client will talk with an artist about their tattoo desires and inform the tattoo artist of ideas. From the consultation, a client will establish an appointment time for their tattoo.

  • Do you take walk-ins?

Yes! As not all of our artists have scheduled appointments everyday, there is potential for a walk-in appointment. PLEASE call ahead of time to ensure there is time for a walk-in.
